Epoxy supply and installation begins with the floor and its use
Send photographs, measurements and your intended use to Almusaileem. We review floor condition and preparation before specifying a system and quotation. The word “epoxy” alone does not define the layers, result or suitability.
What we need to know
- Area in Kuwait and property type: home, shop, garage or workspace.
- Approximate area, existing substrate and overall and close-up photographs.
- Known cracks, peeling, oils or moisture.
- Traffic: people, cars, trolleys or equipment, and materials contacting the floor.
- Indoor or sun-exposed conditions, water exposure and required return-to-use date.
This supports the initial review. Feasibility and scope depend on site condition and the proposed system requirements.
What an epoxy quotation should specify
- System name, layers and final finish.
- Preparation, included repairs, edges and joints.
- Included surfaces and area, with exclusions.
- Approved use, slip requirements, chemicals and sunlight exposure.
- Work stages and when walking, vehicles or equipment are allowed.
- Cleaning, maintenance and written warranty terms if included.
Price depends on scope. Before comparing totals, compare preparation, systems and included work.
Questions before approval
Is every old floor suitable?
No decision is based on appearance alone. We review the substrate, stability, condition, preparation and compatibility.
Does gloss indicate slip resistance?
Ask for a finish specification suited to the actual conditions, particularly water or oil. Gloss alone does not establish suitability.
Can use dates be agreed in advance?
Dates depend on the selected system, conditions and use. Walking and vehicle or equipment access need separate confirmation.
