Dust and sand in Kuwait
Remove loose dust and sand with soft tools before mopping. Grit beneath shoes or furniture can abrade the surface. Use a suitable entrance mat and furniture pads, and lift heavy items rather than dragging.
Daily cleaning
Use non-abrasive tools and a mild system-compatible cleaner at its recommended dilution. Avoid acidic, aggressive or abrasive products unless expressly permitted. Check a new cleaner’s suitability before trying it on a visible stain.
Spills
Wipe promptly and gently and follow care instructions. Do not scrub aggressively or mix cleaners. If a mark remains, photograph it and record the substance and approximate time before asking the installer for treatment that will not harm protection.
Bathrooms
Descalers and drain cleaners may be strong. Give the installer the product name to check compatibility. Recurring ponding or unusual damp needs investigation of its cause rather than only a different mopping method.
When to seek follow-up
Photograph peeling, obvious changes or deep scratches close-up and from a distance. Give finish age, cleaning routine, leaks or subsequent work. Do not recoat or paint without identifying the system and preparation.
Will a local repair disappear?
Not always. Colour, sheen and application differences may remain. Agree the damaged layer, compatible materials, boundaries and expected result after inspection and any suitable trial rather than assuming “as new.”
